• As CEO of Ask Jeeves, he spearheaded the company’s expansion into Europe. In a profile on digital pioneers by Computer Weekly, he highlighted the major barriers to online trade—security, ease of use, and brand trust—and worked to address them, transforming the industry in the process.

• At Diageo, he built a broadcast network and video channels across the UK’s pubs and bars.

• While serving on the boards of Associated and Northcliffe, he played a pivotal role in modernising DMGT’s national and regional publications. His work was recognised by the Independent, which described him as an “online revolutionary.”

• Andy founded MailOnline, the world’s largest English-language news site, and played a key role in turning classifieds into thriving online marketplaces.

• During his tenure at DMGT, he was credited with making 18 acquisitions, including Jobsite and Prime Location.

• He later held senior leadership positions as EMEA VP of Microsoft, Global Chief Revenue Officer at Leading Global, and Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer at Hearst.

• He currently serves as a board director for the UK Advertising Association and the Internet Advertising Bureaus in the UK and Europe and was a founding director of the AOP and Adweek Europe.
