Andy is an Internet media pioneer and innovator. He has served in senior positions in some of the largest and most influential companies in the world He was described as an ‘online revolutionary’ after founding the MailOnline, spearheading the growth of search engines into Europe at Ask Jeeves, building a broadcast network and video channels across countless bars and pubs in the UK as CEO of Translucis, (a Diageo company) and has held senior executive roles at Microsoft and at Hearst.

Andy is passionate about continued learning and has studied global leadership at Insead and completed advanced management courses at Oxford Said and MIT.

After 3 decades in the corporate world, he dove deep into his spiritual studies. Here he immersed himself in learnings of various tribes and their ancient cultures to better understand human nature and connections. With his worldview transformed, he shares his academic knowledge, executive experience, along with the sacred teachings and wisdom from tribal knowledge with entrepreneurs and executives who want to accelerate their career and make a positive impact.
